A while ago, we advised that there had been a series of thefts of number plates in the Northcote area.  This week Police are reporting further number plate thefts in Eltham.

Number plates are often stolen in order to steal petrol or commit other crimes, according to police.  However, you can prevent your plates being stolen by using one-way screws.
